Christ Church Christiana Hundred's Youth Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic

Over the past few months, the Christ Church Christiana Hundred's youth have met their service requirements for the June, 2011 trip by serving at Friendship House, St. Michael's School & Nursery, and SOAR. The Fiesta Dinner on May 22 was a great success. Good food in a fun, relaxed atmosphere made for a perfect evening. Thanks to Kris Younger for his help!

Adults to New Orleans. All are welcome to join.

Christ Church, Dover is planning its second annual mission trip to the Episcopal Community Services New Orleans for a Rebuild Project benefiting victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. We are departing on Saturday, July 31 and returning Saturday, August 6, 2011. Its hard to believe that almost six years later, many home owners in New Orleans still are waiting on their homes to be repaired. The trip is very affordable and there are still space available by contacting the church at 302 734-5731.
